Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the conditions, procedures, rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters related to the use of all services provided by DevHelper (hereinafter "Service").

Article 2 (Effect and Modification of Terms)

1. The Service will provide its services to you on the condition that you agree to these Terms. If you agree to these Terms, they shall take precedence over any other agreements regarding the Service's provision and your use of the Service.

2. The Service may modify these Terms without prior notice. Modified Terms become effective upon posting within the Service.

Article 3 (Service Suspension)

This Service is provided free of charge. The Service may modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or part of its services at any time without prior notice.

Article 4 (Disclaimer)

1. The Service is exempt from liability when it cannot provide services due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, wars, or similar circumstances.

2. The Service is not liable for service disruptions caused by reasons attributable to the user.

3. The accuracy of tools provided by this Service is not guaranteed. The Service is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from their use. Users use the Service at their own risk.

Article 5 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws and customs of the Republic of Korea. For disputes arising from the use of the Service, the courts of the Republic of Korea shall have jurisdiction.
